Mario Sattah, MD
Dr. Mario Sattah joined Rads, Inc. in 2006 bringing with him experience in diagnostic, vascular, and interventional radiology. Dr. Sattah graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He continued at Emory earning his M.D. in 1994 followed by a general surgery internship in 1995. From 1996-2000 he completed his diagnostic radiology residency through the Emory University Hospital Radiology Program. Dr. Sattah continued his radiology education by completing a vascular and interventional fellowship also at Emory University.
Dr. Sattah is Board Certified in diagnostic, vascular, and interventional radiology. He is currently serving as the Director of Interventional Radiology for the group and is a managing member of the NSC Stockton.
Tony Ha, MD
Dr. Tony Ha joined Rads, Inc. in 2017 after completing a vascular & interventional radiology fellowship at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, New York. Dr. Ha is board certified in diagnostic radiology, and is board eligible for certification in vascular & interventional radiology.
Dr. Ha was a Millennium Scholar at the University of California San Diego, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Provost Honors. He earned Bachelors Degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology. After completing a year of research at the University of California Davis he returned to UCSD, earning his Medical Degree in 2011. His training continued with a surgical internship and radiology residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where he served as chief radiology resident in 2014.
Joseph Marshall, MD
Dr. Joseph Marshall joined Rads Inc in 2013, bringing years of experience in diagnostic, vascular and interventional radiology. A native Southern Californian, Dr. Marshall graduated with highest honors in 1983 from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. From there he received his MD degree from the University of California, Davis in 1988. Internship and residency followed in internal medicine at UCSF, Fresno becoming board certified in 1992. After residency, Dr. Marshall practiced and taught internal medicine at the VA Hospital in Fresno for 4 years becoming chief of general internal medicine.
Realizing his true calling was radiology, Dr. Marshall then completed 4 years of diagnostic radiology residency at UCSF, Fresno becoming chief resident and obtaining board certification in 2001. Further training ensued at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with subsequent board certification in vascular and interventional radiology in 2002. Dr. Marshall practiced diagnostic, vascular and interventional radiology first in Hawaii and then in Iowa for 12 years. Dr. Marshall is Medical Director of Radiology at Dameron Hospital.
Arian Nikpour, MD, MPH
Dr. Nikpour is an Interventional Radiologist who joined Rads, Inc. in 2019. He graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelors Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. After completing research at Lawrence Berkeley Labs, as well as working in the biotechnology industry, he went on to obtain a Master of Public Health, with an emphasis in Epidemiology, at UCLA. He received his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, followed by a surgical internship at Stanford University. He completed radiology residency at the University of California, Davis, where he also served as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Loma Linda University. Dr. Nikpour is board eligible in diagnostic and interventional radiology.
Barjinder Sandhu, MD
Dr. Barjinder Sandhu joined Rads, Inc. in 2018. Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Sandhu completed his vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Texas Health San Antonio. He also completed his diagnostic radiology residency at UT Health San Antonio. He is board eligible in diagnostic and interventional radiology.
Bashir Tafti, MD, MBA
Dr. Tafti is an Interventional Radiologist who joined Rads, Inc. in 2020. His training after medical school is extensive, starting with three years as a postdoctoral scholar in Plastic Surgery and Organ transplant at Sanford University. This was followed by residency training in surgery, nuclear medicine and radiology. At the same time, Dr. Tafti acquired an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He completed a radiology residency as well as a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Tafti brings with him an impressive CV highlighted by many research papers in a variety of subject and specialties. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine and interventional radiology.
COVID-19 STATEMENT
During the pandemic and at all times, the NSC Stockton doctors and staff are dedicated to ensuring that your care is provided in a safe environment, following the utmost strict guidelines for cleaning, sterilization, protective equipment and testing. During the pandemic, we have increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning.
We follow all State and Federal rules and regulations. All patients must be tested for Covid-19 prior to arrival at the center, (this will be arranged in advance) and will be asked about signs/symptoms of illness on the day of your scheduled procedure. Your temperature will also be taken. We will provide for social distancing and limit the number of people entering the center. Masks are required at all times for patients, staff and your companion. If the recommendations by the health department change, we will update our policy.
